Make sure to explain it in detail (you can also include references) so that we’re able to make a plan and discuss pricing.

I reserve the right to refuse a proposal if it doesn’t align with my values or my artstyle.

Also keep in mind that I might be busy and be forced to close commisions for a while.

✶ Shop and shipping ✶

✧ Do you ship internationally ?

Yes ! I ship to all countries.
Please be advised you may be charged import fees, taxes or duties once your mail reaches your country in order to retrieve it. I am not responsible for them. 

✧ What are the shipping options ?

I ship all orders under 250g in stamped envelopes / flat cardboard mailers. 
Depending on where you live and the weight of your order the cost of shipping may vary.

I make no profit from shipping ! Base costs are provided by La Poste.

Here's a little table that can help you figure out the shipping cost of your order.

• 1 sticker - 2g
• A5 print - 10g
• A4 print - 20g
• 1 enamel pin - 15g
• 1 clay pin - 15g
• 1 pair of earrings - 20g
• Packaging - between 10g and 60g

✧ How long will my order take ?

I try to pack orders as quickly as I can when I receive them, usually within 5 business days. You will receive an email as soon as it is shipped.

If you live in Europe, you can expect your package to land in your mailbox in less than 10 days. International shipping times may vary but usually arrive within 2-4 weeks.

You've opted for order tracking ? I will email you with your tracking number and a link to the transporter's website as soon as I ship your order. 


✧ What if my package doesn't get to me ?

If the package gets back to me in good condition you will be refunded the price of your order minus the sales fees and shipping costs (including tracking).
 
If it ends up lost you will be refunded the price of your order minus the sales fees,  production costs and shipping costs (including tracking).

✧ When will my fave item be restocked ?

I usually do a large restock of sold out designs every other month.

If I’m gonna be retiring a design I will announce it on social media and in the product description.

Handmade items are first come first served ! So keep your eyes peeled for the restocks or shoot me a message if you want something custom made.

✧ What is B grade ?

B grade qualifies a flawed item.
The flaw could be a smudge in the paint, bubbles on the surface of the varnish, slightly bent prints etc...
I usually sell them at a discounted price or add them to orders as freebies instead of throwing them out completely.

✶ Art ✶

✧ What are your favorite art supplies ?

• Watercolor — The watercolor I use is an assortment of Louvre - LeFranc Bourgeois tubes and an ooooooold Bourgeois Ainé watercolor palette that used to belong to my great grandpa. It’s probably not sold anymore.

• Gouache, Himi Miya 18 colors palette. They made me fall in love with gouache. 

• Colored Pencils, Faber Castell Polychromos — I use them for line art too sometimes.

• Mechanical Pencil, Automatic 0.7 by Maped — It’s my absolute favorite for no other reason that I like its shape. It’s comfy to both write and draw with.

• Eraser — I use either a kneaded eraser or a Maped white eraser, you know the basics.

• Clay — I use Crealia white air-dry clay and Fimo clay.

• UV Resin — I use this one ✧ to glaze my clay thingies. 
  
  

✧ What sketchbook do you use ?

My sketchbook is a homemade A4 version of the giant XXL Canson Sketch Pad (A3). It’s not the best for wet mediums but I don’t mind the mess.

✧ What do you use for digital art ?

PROCREATE ! I use it on my old Ipad 2018 with a first gen Apple Pencil.

My favorite brushes are the Dry Ink, the good old Monoline and a modified Blackburn brush.

I also sometimes use Gimp and Krita (free) on my computer for image editing and vector work.
